Concept/design/illustration and photo editing were used to give a rustic, yet upscale view of the project. We started with a rich, leather texture backround. We embossed the graphic logo design into the header section and did a paintery rendering of the main building. The center binder section was also texture mapped with a striking dark leather for contrast. Back cover depicted the growth cycle of a famous old tree on the property. Trinity Digital was involved in the initial rough concepting through finished product.
